| Manpower | 2–3 people (1 supervisor + 2 technicians) |
| Lifting Equipment | Forklift, telehandler, or small crane (minimum 12-ton capacity) |
| Basic Tools | Impact drill, socket set, level, measuring tape, rubber mallet, utility knife |
| Additional | Adjustable leveling feet (included), gravel or concrete blocks for base |
Place the folded container precisely on the prepared base using lifting equipment. Align with your site layout. Use a spirit level to check all four corners. Adjust the leveling feet until the unit is perfectly horizontal.
Remove all transport safety pins and bolts from the side wings (usually 8–12 locking points). These are clearly marked at the factory.
Using the built-in hydraulic assist or manual winch system (model dependent), gently unfold both side wings outward. The wings open like large doors, creating the expanded living space. Lock the structural joints with provided bolts for rigidity. This step typically takes 20–40 minutes.
(Visual description: Before – compact container shape; After – full rectangular expanded structure with flat roof and increased width.)
Install any roof flashing or sealing strips along the expansion joints. Check that all sandwich panels are firmly seated and sealed.
Tighten all corner and base connections. The unit is now structurally sound and ready for utility connections.
